THE VILLA JOY
Villa Joy is conveniently located on the Kalamar Road, below the D400, in an ideal situation, being a ten minute walk one way in to town, with its multitude of restaurants and shops, or a ten minute walk the other way down to the Kalamar Bay beach club. Walk down and take a taxi back up if need be.
Close to the villa is the lovely Hotel Elixir with its famed hammam Turkish bath, a must visit during the first few days of your holiday. Locally, there are several fantastic restaurants such as Brothers, Aqua and Porcini within a few minute stroll. Can Can the supermarket is also a helpful place to buy your day to day supplies, wine or ice-creams.
With four spacious bedrooms, sleeping up to eight people, this cleverly designed traditional style villa is complimented by a larger than average private swimming pool, pool jacuzzi and large terrace area with barbecue facilities - perfect for enjoying the long, warm Turkish evenings.
THE INTERIOR
The villa has a light airy feel throughout, newly refurbished this winter, with far reaching views across Kalamar Bay from the sitting room, while the large patio doors of the adjoining Kitchen/Dining room lead out onto the pool terrace and patio, tailor made for enjoying alfresco breakfasts, long lazy lunches, or evening barbecues. The kitchen comes fully equipped with all mod-cons, although, as it is a genuine two minute walk to at least three highly recommended restaurants and a good supermarket, this room may not be needed.
The four large bedrooms are cleverly separated between the floors, allowing two families to share without encroaching on each other.
